We offer profiles B, E, or E with vocational baccalaureate (BM). These profiles are suitable for good to very good secondary school students.

Job Profile
Commercial clerks work in the administrative offices of a company. Their main tasks include information processing, communication via email and telephone, and checking and executing payment transactions. They gather information, draft customer correspondence, and perform all tasks primarily on the computer. They provide information to employees and customers both verbally and in writing, distribute incoming mail, prepare and send letters and packages, and maintain address or other databases. They organize events, take meeting minutes, write memos, review business documents, and forward information to the appropriate departments. Strong oral and written skills in German as well as foreign languages are highly valued.

Vocational School at KBZ Lucerne
The vocational school is located in Lucerne. In the first and second year, apprentices attend classes two days per week, and in the third year, one day per week. With good performance, it is possible to attend the vocational baccalaureate school in parallel.
In addition, apprentices attend inter-company courses organized and conducted by igkg.
