Monosuisse’s chemical laboratory is a state-of-the-art facility specializing in the analysis of thermoplastic polymers. Our focus is on ensuring the highest quality of raw materials and intermediate products used in our production processes.

We offer a wide range of standardized and advanced testing methods, including viscosity measurements according to ISO standards, analysis of end groups, and identification of organic and inorganic additives such as titanium dioxide, copper, manganese, halogens, antimony, phosphorus, diglycol, etc..

In addition, we perform specialized analyses such as Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), melt flow index testing, moisture analysis, and advanced instrumental techniques including GC, HPLC, FTIR, and ICP. These capabilities enable us to provide precise, reliable data to support product development, quality assurance, and customer-specific requirements.
